Questions about paying
Do I pay to look at tenders?
No. Finding tenders, reading them, checking whether you can bid and preparing the whole bid on screen are free. You only pay when you download a bid to hand in.
Why can I preview a form but not download it for free?
The preview lets you check every value before you spend anything. Previews carry your name, email address and the time across them, and can't be copied or printed. Download it when you are ready to hand in.
What if the buyer cancels the tender?
If the buyer cancels the tender within 48 hours of you paying for the bid, the bid comes back to you automatically.
What counts as one bid?
One company on one tender. If you bid on the same tender as two of your companies, that is two bids.
Is the courier included?
Courier collection for a bid box is arranged by our team, and its price is still being set. Ask us before you plan around it.
